Stress-free service and incredible food

At the age of 10 I started working summers at my Aunt’s Restaurant. I got paid $1.00 an hour, and I thought it was absolutely incredible. My Aunt started off by having me wash dishes then moved to chopping and dicing. I remember being in a trance while watching her create new dishes.

It was the beginning of a beautiful adventure. After working in an upscale restaurant for several years, a customer asked if I would be willing to cater her wedding. I fell in love. She gave someone my name and number, they gave someone my name and number and it grew from there. It’s been a beautiful adventure since then and I’m so excited to see how it continues.

Now I want to help you make your event truly something to be remembered.

I have a love affair with all foods but today my passion goes a bit deeper with the cold prep displays. A gorgeous Mediterranean display, a beautiful hummus bar, an array of fruit and bean salsas, an amazing seafood displays with whole roasted salmon, home smoked oysters, Daniel’s chilled shrimp with capers and all the breath-taking accompaniment. I can’t forget the number 1 seller this year the beautiful Charcuterie boards
